E-mail Forwarding
What's e-mail forwarding? How exactly does it function? In which circumstances is it particularly handy?
The term email forwarding refers to a message being forwarded from a recipient address to a third-party address that's not mentioned as a recipient. For example, a customer sends an e-mail from their personal mail box to support@domain.com and as far as they're concerned, this is actually the only receiver. If there's an active forwarding, the email might be forwarded to owner@domain.com, for example, although the customer never meant the e-mail to be sent there and may not be aware of the presence of this mail box. There are various reasons for working with such forwarding. For example, if you've got a number of e-mail addresses you're able to forward all of them to a sole mail box, which will make monitoring e-mails less complicated and will permit you to receive e-mails and respond to them quickly. The function can also be used in case a number of people should receive a copy of an e mail message sent to a standard mail box.

E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
If you have a
shared hosting plan with our company and you set up e-mail addresses in your account, you'll be able to forward it with just a few mouse clicks to any other e-mail address of your preference. The option can be activated whenever you make a brand new email address or at any time afterwards and deactivated just as easily any time you change your mind. This can be done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you will handle your account. You'll have the option to decide if a duplicate of the inbound messages will stay on our servers or not. The advantage of this option is that you will always have a copy on your end if anything occurs with the other email address or if perhaps it isn't active for some reason at the time an email message is forwarded. When the feature not active, an email will be received, forwarded and removed from our system regardless of whether the remote email address is working or not, so it is usually a wise decision for it to be active just to be on the safe side.
